If you have found any, record the damage directly via the app.

You must refuel at the latest if the tank is less than a quarter full before the end of the booking.

Use the fuel card in the terminal in the glove compartment. The pin for the fuel card can be found in your booking overview in the app.

If possible, refuel at our partner petrol station. In case of emergency, you can also refuel externally, but then you have to pay the costs yourself and send us the receipt so that we can refund the amount. – Refuel only with the fuel intended for the vehicle (see fuel cap).

Then plug the fuel card back into the terminal.

We take care of all other things, such as oil, car wash, etc. These costs cannot be paid with the fuel card.

Put the car key back into the terminal in the glove compartment, remove all your personal belongings from the car and exit the car and lock the car by completing the booking via the app. As soon as you hear a click, the car is locked and your booking is completed.
